OBJECTIVES:
Identify any postural asymmetries, analyze the quality of movement patterns, and assess motor competence: fitness test batteries help evaluate tennis players’ abilities both in terms of performance and in prescribing individualized training interventions.
OUTPUT:
Detailed report where all results will be compared with players of the same age and gender (benchmark).
- Active and passive postural assessment
- FMS – Functional Movement Screen
- FRS – Fundamental Relative Strength
- FORCE PLATE TESTING: Squat Jump, Countermovement Jump, Hop Test – Stiffness, IMPT test – general strength
- SPEED AND AGILITY TESTING: 10m acceleration, tennis-specific agility test, Hexagon Test
- ENERGY SYSTEM TESTING: Yo-Yo or Beep Test
