OBJECTIVES:
The fitness test batteries assist in examining tennis players' capabilities for performance as well as the ability to prescribe individual training interventions.
OUTPUT:
A detailed report comparing your results with players of the same age and gender (benchmark).
- FORCE PLATE TESTING: Squat Jump, Countermovement Jump, Hop Test – Stiffness, IMPT test – general strength
- SPEED AND AGILITY TESTING: 10m acceleration, specific tennis agility test, Hexagon Test
- ENERGY SYSTEM TESTING: Yo-Yo or Beep Test
